3. AI Processing

Your questions and personal data are processed by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate readings. Your data is sent to Google's API for processing and is subject to Google's API Terms of Service. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Voice readings are generated by ElevenLabs AI voice synthesis. Your reading text is sent to ElevenLabs for audio generation and is subject to ElevenLabs' Terms of Service.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored on secure servers located in the United States
• Chat sessions and readings are stored in an encrypted database
• Audio recordings of your readings are stored on our servers
• Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe/PayPal — we never store credit card numbers
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data

5. Data Retention

• Account data (name, birth date, email): Retained as long as your session exists
• Readings and audio: Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
• Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax law
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us
